Cunningham, Sr. v. O’Reilly Store 2332

Case Details

In July of 2012, while working for his employer, this client suffered multiple injuries to his head, neck, and right shoulder when he tripped over some bins and knocked into a shelf. Items fell off the shelf and struck him in the head, neck, and right shoulder.

As a result of his injuries, HammondTownsend lawyers and the client determined that a full and final settlement of his claim would be in his best interest. The claim was settled for $100,000.00 and payment of past medical bills and present medical bills through the date of final approval by the Workers’ Compensation Commission.
