She is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association for Paralegals, a Virginia Notary and has participated in workers’ comp seminars and training sessions.

Having received her B.S. in criminal justice (College of Humanities & Behavioral Science) from Radford University and her B.A. in Criminology (Major), Communication Studies (Minor) & Law & Legal Studies (Minor) from WVU, Madison comes with a wealth of experience in a medical office setting.
