Paralegal

Chelsea Thomas is a Workers’ Comp Paralegal in the Richmond, VA office. She has worked as a paralegal since 2020 and joined the HammondTownsend in 2025.

Madison Revis joined HammondTownsend July 2025 and is based in our Roanoke office. Having received her B.S. in criminal justice (College of Humanities & Behavioral Science) from Radford University and her B.A. in Criminology (Major), Communication Studies (Minor) & Law & Legal Studies (Minor) from WVU, Madison comes with a wealth of experience in a medical office setting. Known for her passion to help others and make a positive impact in the legal field, Madison’s goal is to utilize her degrees, passion, and attention to detail to make a difference in the lives of those we represent.

Jason joined HammondTownsend in 2018 as a paralegal in the Manassas office. Jason comes to us with a wealth of experience. He has worked as a paralegal since 2001.

Melissa Howell is a Workers’ Comp Paralegal in the Harrisonburg office. She has been in the workers’ comp field since 2005 and has been with HammondTownsend since 2013. She is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association for Paralegals, a Virginia Notary and has participated in workers’ comp seminars and training sessions.
