Stephanie v Star City Dogs, LLC

Stephanie injured her left ankle/left foot while on the job in 2017.  Her workers’ compensation claim was accepted.

A couple years after the accident, she developed complex regional pain syndrome.  The carrier paid for treatment for this condition as well.

HammondTownsend mediated, but did not quite reach an agreement that day.  About a week later, the carrier was able to get the extra money we were asking for.  Settled for $195,000.

Carrier paid over $12,000 in medical expenses over the life of Stephanie’s case prior to settlement.

Carrier paid a total of more than $52,000 in wage loss, prior to the settlement.
