Thomas H. Oxenham, III (Lawyer)

Bio

Known as a successful and increasingly rare litigation attorney, Tom Oxenham has been representing injured persons since 1975.  He became a Partner at Oxenham, Rohde, and Clarke in 1978, and became the managing partner in 1986.  After 19 years with Oxenham, Rohde, and Clarke, he joined the Chandler Law Group, where he was a personal injury litigator for 17 years with an emphasis on products liability and tractor-trailer cases.

Tom Oxenham obtained a verdict on a liability issue and forced the defendant’s counsel to settle in the amount of $4.75 million in a personal injury case involving an electrician in an industrial accident.

Tom Oxenham’s ability to develop creative legal solutions to complex personal litigation matters and to negotiate and settle intricate cases, makes him a strong addition to the legal staff at HammondTownsend, especially with regard to obtaining compensation for injured workers.  Tom Oxenham joined HammondTownsend in 2014.
