A Statewide workers’ compensation firm is seeking an experienced law firm administrator.  The candidate shall be responsible for managing operations of the firm, including oversight of business and financial business operations: supervising all non-attorney personnel and human resources; coordinating business and social functions; overseeing bookkeeping and payroll; IT management; overseeing the marketing department’s strategies and budget and assisting in recruiting attorneys and training administrative assistants.  Further responsibilities include developing and implementing the Firm’s annual budget and supervising and overseeing the firm’s offices in Fishersville (main office), Manassas, Harrisonburg, Roanoke, Charlottesville and Richmond.  Some travel is required.  Law firm experience is a plus.  We are looking for someone who is very energetic, has a vision for expansion and productivity and is experienced managing people and facilities.  Prior management experience is required.  Please contact Rochelle Bosley Larson at rochelle.larson@hammondtownsend.com.
